And extend the scope and service capabilities of their processing capability. This last is where a&o’s expertise is so vital.’

We’re currently working with Xchanging to extend their capability right down to the desktop.

a&o already deliver such services to over 200 customers on behalf organisations such as Fujitsu, HP, Wincor Nixdorf, NCR, Microsoft and HCL and, depending on the customer’s requirements, our offering can vary from cost per incident, asset based or fully managed services.

In the UK we flex our engineering workforce to minimize white space and drive efficiencies, closing over 250,000 incidents per year. All a&o engineers are SC cleared, and some have even higher security clearance.
