Our Dynamic Scheduling Engine (DSE) ‘sees’ the engineers and Tech Couriers on the ground and in real-time. Linked to GPS enabled PDAs our resources are visible at all times. We can change their route, talk to them when jobs go over time and see which jobs have been closed out as they move around the map.
It makes the engineer the hub and means we’re not restricted by borders or territories. And GPS tracking means that your customers are never surprised and rarely let down by those unpredictable traffic problems, letting us deliver to the most severe SLAs.
