a&o ‘most recommended’

a&o’s recent Net Promoter Score puts us in pole position as the most highly recommended IT support organisation in 2009

The Net Promoter Score is a widely respected tool for gauging business performance and predicting customer loyalty. a&o achieved a Net Promoter Score of 75%, higher than any of our peer ICT companies.

The score indicates that three quarters of our customers would recommend us to another organisation – a result to be proud of. This accolade has also raised the bar for future ratings, as the highest Net Promoter Score attained in previous years – by any company in our sector – was 73%.

Net Promoter relies on feedback from users to rate a company’s services. It is simply the percentage of customers who would recommend a&o to other organisations.
