Anticipating the increase in retail business and the market’s dumbing down of the desktop with thin client technology, we’ve developed our own – and in-house – Intelligent Technical Courier service.
We call it ‘intelligent’ because our people are not only well trained – and only provide IT services – but are managed via our Dynamic Scheduling Engine tool via GPS tracked PDAs. It means they can feedback immediately when problems have been reported inaccurately by customers, saving time and frustration.
